Shipping Policy

Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We are not able to ship to other countries at the moment.

Shipping cost
UK delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). Orders placed at the weekend are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time
Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays or busy periods.

Tracking
Every order is sent with tracking. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel until it arrives.

Incorrect address, lost or damaged parcels
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated time, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@luminyex.com with your order number and we will help you as quickly as possible.
