We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging, plus proof of purchase. Email support@luminyex.com to start a return items sent back without a request first won't be accepted. Sale items, gift cards, and a few other categories aren't eligible. EU customers get a 14-day cooling-off period. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
