At Luminyex, we take great pride in the quality of every digital product we create. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
Because all Luminyex products are instant digital downloads, files are delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. For this reason, we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been accessed or downloaded.
We Are Here to Make It Right
We understand that issues can happen. If you experience any of the following, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly:
- The file did not download correctly
- The file is corrupted or missing pages
- You received the wrong product
- The product is significantly different from what was described
In these cases, we will offer a replacement file, store credit, or full refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after downloading the file
- The product was shared, redistributed, or used beyond personal use
- The refund request was submitted after 7 days of purchase
- The purchase was made during a sale marked as final
European Union Customers
If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, provided the digital content has not yet been accessed or downloaded.
