How to Download Your Pattern
Your pattern is delivered digitally through Shopify here's exactly where to find it, step by step.

1. Check your order confirmation email
Right after checkout, Shopify sends you an order confirmation email. Open it and look for a button that says "View your order" or "Download your files."
Tip: Can't find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder it's sent from our store's email address.

2. Open your order status page
Clicking the button in your email takes you to your order status page. This is where Shopify hosts your digital files — you'll see a section called "Digital Downloads" below your order details.

3. Click "Download" next to each file
Every pattern you purchased is listed separately. Click the Download button next to each one to save the PDF to your device.
Tip: Bought a bundle? Each pattern in the bundle appears as its own download link grab them all.

4. Save the file somewhere you'll find it again
On a computer, the PDF usually saves to your Downloads folder. On a phone, it may save to Files (iPhone) or Downloads (Android) — or prompt you to save it to Google Drive or another app.

5. Open it with any PDF reader
Once downloaded, open the file with Adobe Acrobat, Preview, or your device's built-in PDF viewer  no special software needed.

6. Lost the link? Re-download anytime from your account
Log in to your Woolcraft & Co. account and go to Order History. Every pattern you've ever purchased stays available there for re-download, for free, forever.

Good to know: Digital downloads never expire and there's no limit on how many times you can download a pattern you've purchased. If a link ever stops working, just email us and we'll resend it.
