We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and UK delivery usually takes 7–12 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags and in their original packaging, plus proof of purchase. Email support@luminyex.com to start a return. Items sent back without a return request first cannot be accepted. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Return postage is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. See our Refund Policy for full details.
